I want to do another AR build exactly like this C7A2 minus the forward grip.

Are there any differences of a C7 and an M16 other than the stock and the scope that looks far better on an M24’x’ variant.

I mean, sure Israel can defend its own country, but when you get mugged and the guy is standing in front of a crowd of people, you don’t shoot him with your .44 magnum.

The mugger is standing behind a crowd and there are snipers on…

Social Experiment: Reblog if you are American and know of at least one family member (distant or not) that owns a gun.

cerebralzero:

Statistically speaking if your family contains more than 3 adults there is a high likelihood you are related to someone who owns a gun because roughly 33% of Americans are firearms owners.

If we were talking about a country like Switzerland that likelihood would be even high since about 50% of their population are gun owners.

No one in my dirrect family owns any firearms(other than myself obviously) but I do have an uncle and a cousin who hunt and own firearms.

Can someone recommend to me a hunting rifle in .243 that’s around $300 and is well made? It’s for my lady friend. I was thinking a Savage Axis or Ruger American. Anyone have thoughts on this?

I’m actually selling mine….

I’ve had it for years lol, I grew out of it after my first time hunting and we have never officially tried selling it.
Definitely get back to me if you don’t have one in the future.

I’m actually selling mine. It’s a youth model savage 243 for 300$ and a scope with hand loads it’s sighted in for.
Youth models should fit most women pretty well.

Damnit.

I’m having the hardest time finding a front sight assembly without a bayonet lug, and an original fixed magazine for my sks..

If anyone has these items, or knows somebody who has these items, I would greatly appreciate if we could work something out.

Signal boost.

Original magazines are surprisingly a pain in the ass to track down.

Can’t you grind off the lug?

Pro tip, use an Air Brush to put finish on your rifle stock.
It leaves no brush marks and makes it look professionally done, even though you can get these for about 10 bucks.
It takes more coats to finish because you have to thin out the clear coat, but it’s worth the time.
Also, don’t forget to clean it when you’re done. Didnt do it when we finished our .222 and I had to take it apart and polish it up to work.
I’m running water in it in the picture.

it deserves repeating that appreciation of firearms does not equate to appreciation of military, police, or republicans and you can fuck right off if you think we’ll bond because of one appreciation

If you are a firearms owner and you don’t take people who have never shot out and show them how to properly handle firearm and how to have fun while being safe , Then you are part of the problem.
This is Taylor. He has never shot before. After yesterdays adventures he has plans to buildi his first AR here real soon! Don’t be a jackass and take new people shooting. Explain the importance of firearms safety and ownership.
